Accommodation

There’s only enough accommodation at Scorrier House for our parents and siblings (and us!), so we’ve listed websites below for hotels, bed and breakfasts, and holiday cottages in the area (Falmouth, St Ives and Redruth are probably the best options if you’d prefer to be based in a town, Mylor or Flushing for villages). These get booked up for the holiday season months in advance, so we’d suggest making reservations asap to be safe.

  1. Post Script to Mark’s last comment: Tom and I have just booked a cottage in Flushing 1st-7th May. It’s a lovely little village 5mins drive from Mylor Church, and the ferries to and from Falmouth (£2.50pp and 10mins per trip) leave every half hour. Lots of people are also staying in Flushing or Falmouth, and there’s lots of accommodation and lots to do in the area! Please just contact me if you’re not sure about where to stay etc, as I’m more than happy to help. Jx
